Welcome to the Social Business Plans blog. The aim of the blog is to give you lots of resources to help you to develop a business plan for your social enterprise.
I decided to write the blog because I wanted to share what I do with as many people as possible. One option would have been to develop a website - but I know that if I'd waited until I'd written everything before I published it, I'd never get round to it! So I decided to write it as a blog, and to add things bit by bit.
It's a work in progress - but you'll hopefully find some useful information. You may like to start by having a look at our social business planning template. There's also plenty of information on topics including market research and financial planning. You'll even find all the handouts from our famous Monkey Business marketing seminar!
