Full cost recovery is a very important issue - particularly for voluntary sector organisations which are providing services to customers such as local authorities. Are you sure that you're getting paid an amount which reflects the true cost of delivering your service? There's a good chance that you're not - so it could well be worth doing a full cost recovery exercise - as outlined here on the finance hub site.
